DSC ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION ON VARIOUS PORTALS

Digital Signature (DSC) is a physical signature in an electronic format. Digital Signatures are used in India for online transactions such as Filing Annual Return, Company Incorporation, Income Tax E-Filing, E-Tenders, etc. We provide enrollment of DSC along with registration on various government portals. There are 2 types of Digital Signatures, Class II and Class III Digital Signatures. 

Documents required for - Class 2 DSC registration:

  • PAN
  • Aadhar card
  • Mobile no and mail id
  • One passport size photograph

Documents required for - Class 3 DSC registration:

  • PAN of Organization
  • Bank statement of organization
  • GST certificate, if registered
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
  • Copy of Board Resolution, where applicable
  • PAN of Authorized signatory
  • Latest ITR copy
  • Mobile no and mail id
  • One passport size photograph of authorized person 

Processing of DSC:

  • It is complete online process,approval of Class 2 DSC takes 4-5 hours after verification of mobile no and video of applicant. 
  • However,approval of class 3 DSC takes 2-3 days as hard copy of documents are required to be submitted along with soft copy to the concerned authorities.
