As per GST provisions, every supplier of goods whose turnover exceeding Rs.40 lakhs (Rs.20 lakhs for special category states) is required to get themselves registered as a normal taxable person under the GST ACT.

Further, As per GST provisions, every supplier of services whose turnover exceeding Rs.20 lakhs (Rs.10 lakhs for special category states) is required to get themselves registered as a normal taxable person under the GST ACT.

  • A person engaged in supplying goods or services or both through e-commerce operator who is required to collect tax at source (TCS);
  • The person engaged in supplying online information and database access or retrieval services from a place outside India to an unregistered person;
  • Persons engaged in the taxable supply of goods or services or both on behalf of another registered taxable person, whether as an agent or otherwise;
  • Persons who are required to collect TCS under GST.

Documents Required for GST Registration:

  1. For individuals/partnership/HUF
  • PAN card 
  • Aadhar of individual/Karta 
  • Photograph of individuals/partners
  • Electricity bill/water bill/mobile bill
  • Rent agreement with NOC (in case of rented premises)
  • Bank statement or a canceled cheque.
  • Mobile and mail id of each person.
  1. For Company/LLP/Society/Trust
  • PAN card of applicant
  • Certificate of incorporation or registration certificate
  • MOA (Memorandum of Association) /AOA (Articles of Association)
  • Aadhar card, PAN card, a photograph of all directors/partners/members
  • Bank statement or a canceled cheque
  • Appointment Proof of authorized signatory- letter of authorization
  • Mobile and mail id of each person
  • Electricity bill/water bill/mobile bill
  • Rent agreement with NOC (in case of rented premises)

GST REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  • GST registration process is completely online.
  • We just simply start by entering PAN of applicant, after entering PAN the applicant will receive OTP on his/her registered mail and mobile no.
  • We will receive OTP from applicant and after verification of OTP, TRN no will be generated, we just need to upload the required documents and information as required by the portal.
  • As soon as we submit all the documents, ARN no will be generated within 15 min, if all the documents are found complete by the department, GST certificate will be issued within 4-5 working days.
